Our surf lessons take place at the renowned Weligama Beach, known for its gentle waves and ideal learning conditions. Whether you are stepping on a surfboard for the first time or looking to refine your technique, experienced instructors provide personalized guidance in a safe and supportive environment, helping you build confidence and enjoy the ocean to the fullest.

Asana and Pranayama form the foundation of yogic practice, harmonizing body and breath. While Asanas (yoga postures) develop strength, flexibility, and balance, Pranayama (breath control) enhances vital energy, calms the mind, and deepens inner awareness. Together, they create a powerful pathway to physical health, mental clarity, and spiritual growth.

Sarvanga Abhyanga is a traditional full-body Ayurvedic oil massage rooted in the ancient healing system of Ayurveda, which dates back over 5,000 years in India. Mentioned in classical Ayurvedic texts like the Charaka Samhita, Abhyanga is considered a daily self-care ritual that nourishes the body, mind, and spirit.
This deeply relaxing and therapeutic massage uses warm herbal oils tailored to your dosha (body constitution) and involves rhythmic strokes that stimulate circulation and energy flow.

Adriana Sámper, yoga instructor with over six years of personal practice and more than three years of teaching experience. Certified in Hatha, Rocket, SUP Yoga, and Vinyasa Krama. She has also trained as an Ashtanga Vinyasa instructor, practicing in Mysore (India) with her teacher Mr.Chidananda for several years. She offers a wide variety of styles and adapt to individual needs. Her journey in yoga has led her to live and study in places such as India and Mexico, enriching her vision and understanding of this transformative practice. In addition, she has been leading and organizing yoga retreats in the Maldives for the past three years, creating immersive and transformative experiences in inspiring natural settings.

Suneesh, founder of the yoga school, has been dedicated to the practice and teaching of yoga since 2013. With a strong foundation rooted in traditional Indian yoga, he offers a balanced and authentic approach that integrates movement, breath, and mindful awareness.
His teaching style blends Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha Yoga, pranayama (breathwork), and precise alignment principles, creating practices that are both dynamic and accessible for all levels. Suneesh has deepened his studies in some of India’s most respected yoga destinations, including Rishikesh, Kerala, Goa, and Mysore, drawing inspiration from diverse lineages and traditional teachings.
