     Our Yoga Teacher Training Course  offers an immersive journey into the heart of traditional yoga. Rooted in the ancient wisdom of India, this program is thoughtfully designed for dedicated yoga practitioners and enthusiasts who seek to deepen their practice and share the profound science of yoga with the world.

    Our training emphasizes the authentic essence of yoga, combining disciplined practice with spiritual insight   in the serene coastal town of Varkala, Kerala. Guided by experienced teachers, students are introduced to classical methods of Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, philosophy, and anatomy—all grounded in the time-honoured traditions passed down through generations.

    This course is not just about becoming a certified yoga teacher; it is about transforming your lifestyle, cultivating self-discipline, and embracing the true values of yoga beyond the mat. The structured routine, mindful living, and deeper understanding of yogic principles prepare each student not only to teach but to embody yoga as a way of life.

This foundational program is thoughtfully designed for yoga practitioners who are passionate about deepen

    Our training is rooted in the ancient wisdom of traditional yoga, offering a disciplined, holistic, and immersive experience. The course includes comprehensive studies in Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Vinyasa Flow, pranayama, meditation, anatomy, yoga philosophy, alignment & adjustments, teaching methodology, and yogic lifestyle. 

    Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive a 200-hour Yoga Alliance USA certified certificate, allowing them to teach yoga professionally anywhere in the world.

    He has studied and deepened his practice in some of India’s most respected yog

     

    Born in Kerala, Suneesh is a dedicated yoga teacher with a deep passion for sharing the ancient wisdom of yoga. His teaching style is rooted in Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha Yoga, and alignment-based practices, creating a balanced and mindful experience for students.

    He has studied and deepened his practice in some of India’s most respected yoga hubs—Rishikesh, Kerala, Mysore, and Goa—drawing from traditional knowledge and modern understanding.
